Ice hockey gloves are one of the most important elements of protective gear. They provide reliable protection for hands, wrists, and forearms while ensuring mobility and a good stick feel. Bauer, CCM, and Warrior are leading brands offering different models and fits so that every player – from beginner to pro – finds the ideal gloves. Bauer calls this concept “Fit for every Player” – the right solution for each playing style.
Bauer Vapor Gloves – Tapered Fit: Slim fit for quick hand movement and precise stick control. Ideal for agile players.
Bauer Supreme Gloves – Anatomic Fit: Anatomical cut for top protection, secure fit, and optimal freedom of movement.
CCM gloves are available in Jetspeed (tapered) and Tacks (anatomic). The former Reebok/CCM Ribcor gloves have been discontinued and are no longer in the program. Warrior gloves are known for their lightweight, comfort, and excellent flexibility – very popular among creative players.
The widest selection of Bauer, CCM, and Warrior gloves is available at Hockeyzentrale and Hockeyoffice, where you can compare models and buy online at the best price. Gloves are essential not only in ice hockey but also in inline hockey – protection and grip remain crucial.

Tapered (e.g. Bauer Vapor, CCM Jetspeed): snug in the fingers/hand, mobile cuff for quick wrist work. Anatomic (e.g. Bauer Supreme, CCM Tacks): close-to-the-body fit for stability and protection. Traditional (often Warrior): boxier cut with maximum freedom of movement. Try Bauer, CCM, and Warrior gloves and choose according to your style – big selection at Hockeyzentrale and Hockeyoffice.
Yes. For inline hockey, we recommend gloves with durable palms (Nash/Clarino), good ventilation, and a flexible cuff. Bauer, CCM, and Warrior gloves with abrasion-resistant palms withstand sport court use better. Hockeyzentrale and Hockeyoffice offer suitable models for both ice and inline hockey.
Deliberately dropping the gloves – “Drop the Gloves” – is only tolerated in fights and usually penalized. In regular play, Bauer, CCM, or Warrior gloves must be worn to protect hands and wrists from sticks and pucks.
Air them out after practice, wipe regularly. Against odor, spray with vinegar or freeze briefly in a bag (kills bacteria). We recommend Gear Aid Revivex Odor Eliminator – available at Hockeyzentrale. Inline hockey gloves tend to smell faster due to indoor heat – so care should be repeated more often.
