Free return of used batteries

It is not permitted to dispose batteries through household waste. You are legally obligated to return old batteries, so that proper disposal can be ensured. Waste batteries can be disposed of at municipal collection points or in the retail trade. We are also obligated to receive old batteries, whereby our obligation is limited to old batteries, which we have offered and sold as new batteries in our range. You can either return these old batteries to us or send them directly to us at the warehouse:

The battery symbol

Batteries are marked with the symbol. The symbol shows a crossed-out dustbin. It indicates that batteries are not allowed to be thrown into household waste. In the case of batteries containing more than 0.0005% by mass of mercury, more than 0.002% by mass of cadmium or more than 0.004% by mass of lead, the chemical name of the particular pollutant used is located under the symbol. "Cd" stands for cadmium, "Pb" for lead and "Hg" for mercury.

For deliveries within the EU, our prices include statutory VAT. For deliveries to Switzerland, we have already paid the applicable costs in advance on your behalf. You therefore only pay the amount shown in the shopping cart. Only currency conversion fees charged by your bank or credit card provider may apply, if applicable. For deliveries to other non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply.
