The Bauer RSX Skate is perfect for the new-to-hockey player, especially if they'll be playing indoor or on other smooth surfaces. Unlike the RS model, this RSX comes with a reinforced tongue that provides the necessary protection for the top of the foot from sticks, pucks and even lace-bite. Bauer built the boot using a unique process that results in excellent, appropriate support for the player who is still developing their skating stride. Down below, the RSX boasts Abec 5 bearings for speed while the Hi-Lo Court Wheels allow for a solid grip on tile, smooth concrete and other smooth surfaces.
