Bauer LIL' ROOKIE Adjustable Icehockey Skate Youth

The Bauer LIL' ROOKIE Adjustable Youth Icehockey Skate was developed specifically for young players taking their first steps on the ice. Its grow-with-the-child construction combines easy handling, comfortable padding and the support needed for learning skating and ice hockey.

Adjustable Size – Practical for Growing Children
The biggest advantage of the Bauer LIL' ROOKIE Youth is its length-adjustable construction. The skate is available in adjustable size ranges 7–10 and 11–1 and can be adapted within the respective range as the child's foot grows. This allows the skate to be used across several sizes instead of needing replacement after every growth spurt.

Developed for Young Skaters
The Fiber Composite Quarter provides support without making the skate unnecessarily stiff. Especially for children learning to skate or starting ice hockey, this creates a useful combination of stability, comfort and freedom of movement.

Soft Microfiber Lining
The soft microfiber lining provides a comfortable feel inside the skate. This comfort-focused interior helps young players concentrate on skating, stopping and their first movements with the stick.

Comfortable Foam Ankle Padding
Foam ankle pads provide additional comfort and help create a secure fit around the foot. The padding sits comfortably around the ankle area and helps keep the foot positioned inside the skate.

30 oz Felt Tongue
The 30 oz felt tongue cushions the instep and helps reduce direct pressure from the laces. This contributes to a comfortable fit, especially for young beginners.

EVA Foam Footbed
The EVA foam footbed provides a comfortable base under the foot. It makes the Bauer LIL' ROOKIE suitable for first hockey sessions as well as recreational skating.

Traditional Lacing for an Individual Fit
Traditional eyelet lacing allows the skate to be adjusted individually to the foot. This helps create a secure fit and the support young skaters need when learning.

TUUK Adjust Holder
The TUUK Adjust holder is designed to work with the adjustable construction of the LIL' ROOKIE. Together with the length-adjustable toe cap, it forms an important part of the skate's grow-with-the-child system.

Steel Runner for Learning on the Ice
The durable steel runner provides a solid foundation for learning to skate. It is suitable for regular use on the ice and supports young players during their first turns, stops and hockey movements.

Durable TPR Outsole
The outsole is made from durable TPR thermoplastic. This material supports the robust construction of the skate and is designed for recreational and beginner use.

Ideal for Ice Hockey, Skating and Recreation
The Bauer LIL' ROOKIE Youth is suitable not only for first ice hockey sessions but also for children who regularly skate recreationally. Its adjustable sizing, comfortable padding and beginner-friendly construction make it a versatile children's skate.
