Costs for shipping and payment

Minimum order value is 50 € with all orders. We offer discounts on most of our goods as your order value grows, only a few specific special offers are excluded. The discount is shown in the shopping cart.

We guarantee only one postal charge per order. It dosen´t matter what or how many articles you order.

payment in advance: You'll find information about our bank account inside the affirmation e-mail of your order.

Additional to mailing expenses costs of 6 € respectively 15 € (depending on mode of payment) may be incurred. With payment in advance or payment per direct debit no costs are incurred.

Debit poses no risk. If you don't receive the goods you may at any time order your bank to back post the sum.
If your account isn´t covered for the amount that is debited costs of 14 € will be incurred (8 € bank charge, 6 € handling fee) that we will have to charge you for.

When ordering sticks/shafts you should order at least two sticks/shafts, otherwise we will have to charge an additional fee of 5 € per shipment.

All shipments are send with DPD. The peril of transportation is borne by the customer, but all shipments are insured up to 500 € so the transporter may be held liable for possible damages.

Your order will be affirmed by e-mail. The content of your shopping cart and the ordered goods are again listed therein to your information and for your security. We will inform you continuously about the status of your order thereafter.

If an item doesn´t fit you can exchange it within 14 days, but the mailing expenses have to be borne by you. We will not accept freight collect.
