We offer discounts on most of our goods as your order value grows, only a few specific special offers are excluded. The discount is shown in the shopping cart.
We guarantee only one postal charge per order. It dosen't matter what or how many articles you order.

payment in advance: You'll find information about our bank account inside the affirmation e-mail of your order.
Please notice, that we can't deliver to the Canarian and Balearic Islands.
Shipment may be, according to form of payment (see spreadsheet above) plus 6 € or 15 € fee for collect on delivery service. For payment via PayPal or credit card there will be a charge of 5 €, not to be charged with advance payment and direct debit.
There is no risk in paying per direct debit. In case the products don't arrive, you can order a negative booking operation at any time.
If your account isn't good for a direct debit payment, there will be additionally fees of 14 € (8 € bank charge and 6 € handling fee), that you will be charged.
We are shipping orders containing only products that are in stock (green parcel) normaly within 36 hours after ordering. In germany the products will be at your house within 1 or 2 workdays. Please consider the alternatives at the end of your purchase! If something isn't in stock, we then will automaticely be shipping equivalent or even better alternatives to you for the same prices. Thus you shipment can be send out even faster.
All parcels are insured up to 500 €, thus the shipment enterprise is liable for any damage while shipment. For 22 € more you can order express shipment. Thus you will get your products within 24 hours (workdays), if they are in stock and ordered before 12 a.m. We will be informing you about the status of your order via e-mail.
Your order will be verified via e-mail. You will get a listing of your cart and all your ordered products. This is for your information and comfort. You will receive ongoing reports about the status of your order.
If a product doesn't fit properly, you can send it back within 30 days. You need to pay the shipment fee yourself, though, we will not accept parcels without postage.
If you receives outer packaging from us you don't wont do dispose yourself, please give us a call or send an e-mail. We will then state contacts we are cooparating with for the disposal of packaging.
