Bauer Vapor X40 Goalie Catchers Senior

The Bauer Vapor X40 Goalie Catcher offers great advanced level performance.

The majority of this goalie glove is a synthetic leather offering a traditional feel and look. Bauer has also used some synthetic leathers with a carbon like print giving this goalie catcher a modern twist. On the backside of the goalie glove there are some high density nylon materials as well as some stretch mesh material in the dynamic flex cuff.

The X50 goalie glove has a nice quality heavy duty feel to it. When picking up the X50 glove it feels like you are holding a substantial glove that can take a high speed slap shot without thinking twice about it.

Bauer has done a nice job designing the X50 catcher to have an adjustable fit. The Flex cuff can be open to access the inside of the glove. This piece is held closed by a fairly large velcro tab on one side and a lace closure on the opposite side. On the inside there is two 1" padded strapps to adjust how tight the glove fits. Bauer has also given the X50 a removable velcro palm pad allowing for additional customization. This pad is about 3.5" X 4.5" with a leather liner.
